Hello and welcome to all the new subscribers of the last few weeks 💚

I'm back here after a few weeks' break, and today I'm not going to talk to you about processes. Or about Notions. Or about KPIs.

What you'll find in this edition:

  1. Current thoughts : Why you need to (re)fall in love with your business
  2. Behind the scenes : The start of the academic year hit me hard — and how I recovered thanks to the internal structure put in place this summer.
  3. Current offers : COO mentoring, strategic consultations & upcoming availability

👉 What you're feeling isn't an operational " detail ".

There is a risk that is rarely mentioned when discussing growth, strategy, or scaling:

The risk of missing the mark with your business.

You know, that moment when:

  • You open Slack with a knot in your stomach.
  • You're putting off a call because "you don't have the energy"
  • You feel like you're keeping the machine running… but you've lost the taste

And often, it's not a question of revenue .
It's not even a question of team or offers.

It's a subtle accumulation of little things you no longer like:

  • A competent colleague, but one who drains your energy.
  • A profitable offer… but more aligned
  • A to-do list filled with micro-tasks that you dread

And by constantly enduring this burden on a daily basis, you end up disconnecting.

👉 What I do when this happens to my clients

When I support a CEO as a Fractional COO, I look at the systems, of course.

But I also look at anything that generates emotional friction .

Because what you hate about your business, you always end up avoiding.

And what you avoid... ends up stagnating (or getting worse).

So let's clean house:

  • Delegate what you no longer want to wear
  • Automate what exhausts you (as much as possible).
  • Review a steering system that is too heavy or rigid
  • Challenge an offer or a client that no longer excites you.

👉 You can't scale something you're afraid of.

🎬 Behind the scenes – The real news of the new school year

The start of the school year has clearly been a disaster for me (and I know I'm not the only one 👀).

→ I onboarded two new clients as part of an outsourced COO support program.

→ I also completed a customized mentoring program with an OBM (Operational Business Manager) who was transitioning to a strategic COO role.

And to anticipate the wave of projects that awaited me, I made a big decision:

👉 Recruiting Carina , an exceptional virtual assistant, who turned out to be one of my best professional choices of the year .

I also took the opportunity to simplify my entire content creation process .

Since September, I've been posting 4 times a week on Instagram and LinkedIn… for only 45 minutes of work per week.

The good news ?

→ I've stabilized my business with over €20,000 in revenue per month for the past 6 months.

→ And a net profit margin exceeding 60% (including salary).

Proof that… structuring and delegating pays off. 💚
