Hello!

I'm happy to find you here on Substack after a break that was much longer than expected.

Indeed, my newsletter has migrated from Kit to this platform, as it allows me to better support you on your entrepreneurial journey with greater simplicity and impact. My last newsletter was published on November 3, 2024, and as you can imagine, a lot has happened!

Here is an overview of the major milestones that have marked the last 4 months:

1. A more strategic 2025 :

I've decided to prioritize quality over quantity. My goal is to strive for excellence in every aspect of my work, focusing on the client experience, building close relationships, and fostering trust. My aim is to become a true partner, working alongside them to help them achieve their objectives. I am fully results-oriented , ensuring that every action I take generates a tangible and measurable impact for them.

2. Turnover multiplied by 2.5 in 6 months :

February was my best month (range 20K-30K CAD), and this progress encourages me to focus even more on good projects and to delegate intelligently to go further.

3. I want to train in the USA :

My ambition is to surround myself with American entrepreneurs who have overcome the challenges of freelancing and solopreneurship. Their high standards, clear vision, and ability to push their limits deeply inspire me. In particular, I'm following Matt Gray closely right now. His authentic approach, his focus on the quality of his work, and his rejection of fluff are exactly what I'm looking to incorporate into my own journey. His way of making decisions and structuring his business is a true source of inspiration for me.

4. My podcast “The Essentials of CEO Life” is launching soon with my friend and amazing co-pilot, Solenne :

We'll be discussing our roles as COOs, company structuring, and efficiency. I can't wait to share it all with you!

5. Finally

my new role as Head of Fractional COO within the Fractional collective, a network of freelance COOs. My role is to oversee and support all the COOs in the collective, ensuring they have the tools and methods to be the best strategic partners for their clients. Fractional is a collective that brings together expert freelance COOs, providing tailored expertise to growing companies in the Creator Economy, helping them scale while remaining agile and efficient.

What you'll find in this bi-monthly newsletter:

  1. Customer case studies : I will share with you concrete examples of what works (and what doesn't!) for entrepreneurs generating between 250K and 5M, so that you can draw inspiration from them and apply effective strategies.
  2. Key tools and resources : I will present practical solutions to help you manage your daily life as a solopreneur and save time on operational tasks.
  3. Practical advice on structuring and growth : This is one of the keys to evolving without burning out. I'll talk about how to structure your business to make it smoother and more efficient.

See you soon for the next issue! 🎉

With all my energy,
Aurélie
