Hello!

I hope you're doing well. Welcome to the four new subscribers to this newsletter.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My objective for this quarter was clear: to consolidate .

Consolidate my offerings, my clients, my systems.

Not chasing after “always more”, but laying solid foundations for the future.

And this Q3 was exactly that: a mix of great victories, a few (inevitable) setbacks, and valuable lessons for the future.

On the professional side

➡️ New clients and a stable business.

Between June and September, I onboarded two new clients as a Fractional COO/Outsourced COO and consolidated three long-term contracts.

As a result, I'm fully booked until December, with stable revenue above €23k/month and a healthy margin (over 65%, including salary).

➡️ Resuming content creation

: This was one of my goals: to get back into a solid rhythm. Today, I create and publish 4 times a week (LinkedIn & Instagram).

It's gradually becoming a real lever for visibility and clarity, and above all, I'm rediscovering the joy of writing.

➡️ Hiring Carina, my AV:

A huge milestone. Carina has an excellent mindset and brings a real breath of fresh air to my daily life. Honestly, I should have done it much sooner.

➡️ My Offers Ecosystem

  • Onboarding process for my clients reviewed and clarified
  • Launch of my OBM COO mentorship

My victories

  • I dared to increase my Fractional COO packages and fully embrace my value (and I'm still working on this point 1).
  • I have chosen to prioritize quality over quantity in my side dishes.
  • I accepted assignments that took me out of my comfort zone.
  • I diversified my clients and sectors, which enriched me.
  • And I resumed psychotherapy, to maintain a space for introspection in a world that moves at 100 miles an hour.

My lessons learned

  • I realized that neglecting time for the growth of my business was holding me back — now I block it out as a priority.
  • I realized that not taking a real vacation is not sustainable — in 2026, I choose to fully disconnect.
  • For a long time, I felt guilty about putting my business on the same level as my children — today, I am learning to embrace my ambition without justifying myself.
  • I've seen how saying "yes" to everything can add to my mental load — I'm learning to set clear boundaries and choose the opportunities that really matter (it's a work in progress ).

Q4 Objective – Decrease to grow better

It may seem paradoxical… but that’s exactly what I’m aiming for.

I just came from a session this morning with my coach Rémi Lauer , whom I admire for everything he undertakes and the risks he takes (if you want to discover him, here’s his LinkedIn profile ).

If I want to build an ecosystem of diversified offerings — and not just one based on service provision — I need to slow down on some fronts to place more emphasis on:

  • My OBM → COO mentorship ,
  • My visibility (LinkedIn content / Instagram / Newsletter).
  • Delegation on the customer delivery side.

In other words: reduce the intensity of production , in order to increase impact and transmission .

Focus on OBM → COO mentoring

Over the past few months, I've helped several OBMs transition to the role of COO.

And Julie's story perfectly illustrates this transformation:

“My biggest challenge: adopting the mindset of a COO.
Thanks to Aurélie's guidance, I clarified my offering, attracted new prospects, and above all, regained my confidence.
I loved Aurélie's availability, advice, proactive approach, and unwavering commitment.
If you want to restructure your business and take it to the next level, she's the one you need.”

Julie sums up her journey in 3 words: clarification, structure, confidence .

And for me, that's exactly the essence of mentoring.

If you'd like to learn more, it's here.

👉 See you in December for the full year review .

But in the meantime, tell me: what's your focus for Q4?
